I’ve also had a problem with consistency, and have been blogging since blogspot first started. But I too was never consistent. However, on Substack, I decided to post once a week, and since I decided to do that, I think it was in April of this year, after my intensive Portuguese class, I have kept it up and I’m seeing results and it feels really good. It’s not easy, it takes quite a few hours a week, but I too am committed. Thank you for your 90 in 90!!!
